Privacy Notice

VentureAI is currently in beta. The application helps users create business plans, pitch decks, market analysis, financial models, outreach, marketing copy, Business HQ profiles, advisor briefs, and weekly reviews. Those inputs may include commercially sensitive business information, so this page explains how beta data is handled.

Information you provide

VentureAI may store account information, Business HQ profiles, tasks, generated outputs, feedback, and review history so the product can provide saved history, multiple business profiles, and repeat-use advisor workflows.

AI processing

When you generate or refine an output, the information you enter may be sent to the AI provider configured by VentureAI to produce the requested response. Do not enter data you are not allowed to share with an AI service.

Sensitive business data

Users should avoid entering trade secrets, unreleased financials, confidential investor materials, personal data, or regulated information unless they are comfortable using it in a beta AI product.

Monitoring and diagnostics

VentureAI may use privacy-conscious error monitoring, analytics, and performance tools to understand bugs, page performance, and reliability. Production monitoring should avoid collecting unnecessary personal information by default.

Your data controls

Logged-in beta users can request an export of stored VentureAI data or delete generated workspace data using the account API routes added in the production-hardening process. Deleting workspace data does not delete the underlying authentication account.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain assumptions, mistakes, incomplete information, or unsupported claims. Review business, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investor, and market information with qualified professionals before relying on it externally.
